HIGHER EXPRESSIVE FOLIO
This Expressive Portfolio was from my final year of school at Higher Level. When creating this portfolio I was inspired by growth and ageing both with nature and in people and decided to incorporate them both in this folio.
Throughout this folio I experimented with using black and gray pencil, card, collage, printing, and used acrylic paint and water colour paints in this folio.
HIGHER DESIGN FOLIO
This Design Portfolio was from my final year of school at Higher Level. When creating this portfolio I was tasked to create a recognizable touring poster for UK band "The Big Moon". This poster had to be iconic in design to be memorable and to draw people in to view the poster and find out more.
My main inspirations in this project was the colour scheme from the bands debut album at the time "Love in the 4th Dimension" using the purples and orange throughout the folio. I was also inspired by old psychedelic band posters from the 60's and 70's.
NATIONAL 5 EXPRESSIVE FOLIO
This Expressive Portfolio was from my National 5 folio from school. When creating this portfolio I was inspired by the use of colour and flowers in their symbolism in showing emotion.
Throughout this folio I experimented with using black and gray pencil, card, printing, and the use of acrylic paint in this folio.
NATIONAL 5 DESIGN FOLIO
This Design Portfolio was from my National 5 folio from school. When creating this portfolio I was tasked to create a recognizable poster for the "Aberdeen International Youth Festival".
This poster had to be iconic in design to be memorable and to draw people in to view the poster and find out more about the event.
